In September 2009, the Drug Enforcement Administration awarded The Cygnus Research Corporation, partnering with ISIS LLC, a 5 year COTS software inventory management contract. Cygnus will provide full lifecycle support for various organizations within DEA. Support services include requirements analysis, market research, product selection support, evaluation services, implementation support, and training. In addition, the team will provide ongoing support services including first tier help desk, software maintenance coordination, and upgrade compatibility analysis.
